Mr Ron Yocca and his company, Tri-State Development has worked with Light of Life on our HUD projects through the years.

We have found his work to be totally professional. Ron and his staff were totally competent and of good character.

Mr Yocca has shown that he is trustworthy, reliable and a responsible individual.

Any consideration you show him would be greatly appreciated.

Because of severe rainfall this past spring and summer, our cement blocks cellar had a great deal of leakage which ultimately caused a bulge along the front wall, plus damage along one side of our home and partial damage on the back! The Tri-State Development began working on our home during the last week of August and completed it during the first week of September.

The men who worked on our job were competent, industrious and thorough. When finished with our home, they brought top soil to replace our lawn (which had been decimated by the trucks and large machines); they then seeded with grass, watered and placed straw on our lawn!

I would advise anyone in our area who has a similar problem to contact Tri-State Development. They do excellent work!

In our dealings with Mr. Yocca, he has conducted himself and his businesses with the utmost responsibility and professionalism.

Mr. Yocca is currently working with our firm on the renovation of a property in Turtle Creek. He has provided expert construction technique guidance, suggestions and alternatives towards the successful completion of this project. Before construction started, Mr. Yocca was able to significantly contribute to the feasibility of this project by suggesting alternatives to lower the cost of construction without compromising the design intent or integrity of the building. At each site meeting Mr. Yocca is prepared to discuss creative solutions to problems that have arisen and often provides the best solutions. We also find that Mr. Yocca has a good relationship with his subcontractors and treats them fairly and with respect.

We are pleased to be working with Mr Yocca on the project and look forward to future relationships.

I am very pleased to write this letter for my friend Ron Yocca! I've known Mr. Yocca for over 30 years now as he has been instrumental in the success of my company `` Nicholas Electric Co., Inc.,`` in the startup years. Ron helped me in the early years of my company by making sure that I got jobs with his company ``Tri-State Development`` on rehabilitation projects within the Mon Valley... I also asked for his help in the management end of my company and Ron readily obliged to lend a hand.

Ron is bright, energetic, honest, compassionate and genuinely well rounded. He participates in social activities that help people who are down on their luck and need a hand up and has been a pleasure to work with.

Ron has also spent considerable time outside his position,as a General Contractor/ Business Owner involved in the community. This has included work with recovering addicts in which he sets a superb example to our youth!

In closing, let me take a moment to say that I personally do not write these letters without taking into consideration the character of the person I am recommending. With Ron it is no problem because I do believe in this man!

It is clear to me as I hope it is to you that this man, Ron Yocca, is an exceptional person, one that would contribute greatly to any program. I wholeheartedly recommend him and wish him the very best in all future endeavors.

As Executive Director of the YMCA of McKeesport, I would like to recommend Tri-State Development for general contracting jobs.

Ron Yocca, owner of the business, has recently completed a major renovation of a three-unit apartment building that is used for YMCA Transitional Housing. The building is old and needed quite a few adjustments in order to meet state and federal codes. Ron was easy to work with, accurate and completed the job within the agreed upon time frame. Ron employs as many local, minority workers as possible in order to keep the community vibrant. He has pride in his work and it shows with his attention to detail.

I strongly recommend Tri-State Development for any of your contracting needs. If you would like further information please call me.
