Ron Yocca, owner of the business, has recently completed a major renovation of a three-unit apartment building that is used for YMCA Transitional Housing. The building is old and needed quite a few adjustments in order to meet state and federal codes. Ron was easy to work with, accurate and completed the job within the agreed upon time frame. The Tri-State Development began working on our home during the last week of August and completed it during the first week of September.
The men who worked on our job were competent, industrious and thorough. When finished with our home, they brought top soil to replace our lawn (which had been decimated by the trucks and large machines); they then seeded with grass, watered and placed straw on our lawn!
I would advise anyone in our area who has a similar problem to contact Tri-State Development. They do excellent work!

Mr. Yocca is currently working with our firm on the renovation of a property in Turtle Creek. He has provided expert construction technique guidance, suggestions and alternatives towards the successful completion of this project. Before construction started, Mr. Yocca was able to significantly contribute to the feasibility of this project by suggesting alternatives to lower the cost of construction without compromising the design intent or integrity of the building. At each site meeting Mr. Yocca is prepared to discuss creative solutions to problems that have arisen and often provides the best solutions. We also find that Mr. Yocca has a good relationship with his subcontractors and treats them fairly and with respect.
